About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage documentation for import and export processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and customs requirements.
Oversee customs clearance, coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
Monitor international shipments, bookings, transportation, cargo consolidation, and logistics KPIs to ensure on-time delivery.
Control in-transit inventory, tracking the movement of goods until nationalization and keeping systems and controls up to date.
Verify fiscal documents, invoices, and other records related to foreign trade operations.
Support operational risk management, including arranging insurance, monitoring claims, and implementing measures to reduce damage.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience with import and export processes.
Knowledge of ERP TOTVS Protheus.
Intermediate English level.
