About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage documentation for import and export processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and customs requirements.
  • Oversee customs clearance, coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
  • Monitor international shipments, bookings, transportation, cargo consolidation, and logistics KPIs to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Control in-transit inventory, tracking the movement of goods until nationalization and keeping systems and controls up to date.
  • Verify fiscal documents, invoices, and other records related to foreign trade operations.
  • Support operational risk management, including arranging insurance, monitoring claims, and implementing measures to reduce damage.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience with import and export processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP TOTVS Protheus.
  • Intermediate English level.
