About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop the client portfolio, ensuring the achievement of sales and gross profit targets.
  • Map, create and convert new business opportunities.
  • Provide consultative service, including collecting briefs, sending pricing, samples, and documentation.
  • Plan commercial visits and monitor portfolio growth indicators (KPIs).
  • Support Inside Sales Executives in client relationship management and the execution of commercial strategies.
  • Properly complete reports in the CRM for management tracking.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Reside in Porto Alegre or in locations with easy access to the region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Commercial and/or technical experience in the personal care and formulations market.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and ERP systems.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (category B).
