About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- First point of contact for health-related questions and expert on safe working practices for partners
- Conduct on-site inspections of workplaces across a wide range of industries
- Support partners on occupational safety and workplace health
- Provide advisory support in assessing working conditions and in designing workstations and workflows
- Advise partners on occupational medicine aspects
- Contribute to the prevention and avoidance of work-related illnesses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Specialist physician in Occupational Medicine or equivalent qualification in Company Medicine (Betriebsmedizin) with professional experience
- Enjoy working with people on personal health and prevention
- Experience and interest in occupational health management and health prevention
- Familiarity with the duties of a company physician in accordance with § 3 ASiG (German regulation)
- Experience and relevant qualification in travel medicine desirable
- Confident handling of emergency medicine and occupational health management
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
- Valid Class B driver's license
