About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare financial and strategic analyses of the company by collecting, analyzing and interpreting internal and market data;
  • Keep the investor relations website up to date;
  • Analyze the capital markets, monitoring transaction reports, buy and sell operations, economic indicators and stock exchange performance;
  • Manage the IR mailing list and archive relevant information on CVM/B3, such as material facts, press releases, event calendars, among others;
  • Maintain continuous interaction with other areas (e.g., Accounting, Controllership and Corporate Affairs);
  • Support the release of results and the preparation of other IR and ESG materials;
  • Collect and analyze ESG indicators, and manage the ESG data collection system;
  • Prepare and provide ESG data and information for annual reports, public disclosures and internal engagement initiatives;
  • Administrative activities: requesting and reviewing contracts, posting invoices and payments, among others.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Investor Relations (required) and ESG (preferred)
