About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare financial and strategic analyses of the company by collecting, analyzing and interpreting internal and market data;
- Keep the investor relations website up to date;
- Analyze the capital markets, monitoring transaction reports, buy and sell operations, economic indicators and stock exchange performance;
- Manage the IR mailing list and archive relevant information on CVM/B3, such as material facts, press releases, event calendars, among others;
- Maintain continuous interaction with other areas (e.g., Accounting, Controllership and Corporate Affairs);
- Support the release of results and the preparation of other IR and ESG materials;
- Collect and analyze ESG indicators, and manage the ESG data collection system;
- Prepare and provide ESG data and information for annual reports, public disclosures and internal engagement initiatives;
- Administrative activities: requesting and reviewing contracts, posting invoices and payments, among others.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Investor Relations (required) and ESG (preferred)
