About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ISS, ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL)
  • Record entry, exit and service invoices
  • Prepare and submit statutory tax filings (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, MIT, EFD-Reinf, etc.)
  • Review tax documents and validate tax information
  • Reconcile Tax Books and tax calculations
  • Provide client support for tax queries and technical assistance
  • Monitor updates in tax legislation and apply changes correctly in processes
  • Support the supervisor/coordinator with technical and operational tasks
  • Prepare tax analyses and comparative tax studies
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date tax files and records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration
  • More than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in tax/fiscal matters
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with Domínio Web, Onvio (Messenger, Client Portal, Tasks), VERI and SIEG systems
