About the role
- Identifying sales opportunities in the market and actively generating new business for consulting services and projects
- Supporting customers with all inquiries and business matters
- Managing sales opportunities across the entire sales cycle – from lead generation through proposal preparation to contract negotiation
- Developing a deep understanding of trends and challenges in the relevant target markets
- Creating tailored customer solutions in collaboration with consultants
- Advising customers in a methodical and solution-oriented way
- Participating in trade shows, conferences and customer events to professionally represent the company
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience in sales, business development or key account management – ideally in a B2B environment with consulting-intensive products or services
- Affinity for technological innovation
- Experience in the medical technology industry is an advantage
- Negotiation and communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel – predominantly within Europe
- Customer-focused with pragmatic problem-solving skills
