About the role

  • Identifying sales opportunities in the market and actively generating new business for consulting services and projects
  • Supporting customers with all inquiries and business matters
  • Managing sales opportunities across the entire sales cycle – from lead generation through proposal preparation to contract negotiation
  • Developing a deep understanding of trends and challenges in the relevant target markets
  • Creating tailored customer solutions in collaboration with consultants
  • Advising customers in a methodical and solution-oriented way
  • Participating in trade shows, conferences and customer events to professionally represent the company

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in sales, business development or key account management – ideally in a B2B environment with consulting-intensive products or services
  • Affinity for technological innovation
  • Experience in the medical technology industry is an advantage
  • Negotiation and communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel – predominantly within Europe
  • Customer-focused with pragmatic problem-solving skills
