About the role

  • Qualifying inbound leads: You act as our strategic filter. You review new inquiries via Google Meet or message and decide whether the prospects are an ideal fit for our solutions.
  • Strategic appointment management: You conduct initial conversations and book qualified appointments for our sales experts.
  • Follow-up & reactivation: You maintain contact with existing prospects and consistently follow up with leads so no opportunities are lost.
  • CRM maintenance & documentation: You operate within a clean digital structure (Airtable/CRM) so the team always knows the current status of a project.

Requirements

  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy persuading people in video calls.
  • You are results-oriented and have the necessary drive for follow-up.
  • You work in a highly structured way and appreciate clear to-do systems.
  • You are eager for a steep learning curve and want to take on responsibility.
