About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for preparing the client for Keystone implementation through card product planning, card database configuration and card conversion data.
- Works closely with the client and collaborates with other Card Analysts and Conversion departments.
- Acts as the primary liaison between Card Services and Development.
- Responsible for demonstrating initiative, collaboration and teamwork to build an in-depth knowledge base of the KeyStone product and card conversion processes.
- Conducts card mapping, card setup and gathers specifications with additional assistance and guidance of senior Card Analysts.
- Facilitates installations and tests new versions of the card related interfaces and application software.
- Protects clients from errors by frequently troubleshooting and suggesting ways to improve product.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three months to twelve months of similar or related experience.
- Education (1) A two-year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by equipment vendors or (4) job specific skills acquired through on-the-job training or apprenticeship program.
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing development specification and interfaces through the conversion data.
- Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsible for understanding and practicing basic concepts of card processing networks.
- Responsible for understanding and practicing basic concepts of the card conversion process, including network balancing and certification testing.
