About the role

  • Configure Zuper and HubSpot based on business requirements, including fields, workflows, automations, and dashboards.
  • Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities for new processes or integrations.
  • Support integrations between Zuper, HubSpot, and other platforms to keep data consistent and accurate.
  • Document integration logic and field mappings for clear future maintainability.
  • Assist in mapping and improving operational workflows such as scheduling, call-to-cash, preventative maintenance, and service delivery.
  • Ensure processes are clearly documented with diagrams, checklists, and written procedures.
  • Support data migration efforts including extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer, asset, and service data.
  • Deliver training to office staff and field teams on how to use the systems effectively.
  • Create simple playbooks and guides to help users adopt new features.
  • Work closely with leadership and operational teams to understand requirements and help prioritize system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Three or more years experience implementing or supporting FSM, ERP, or CRM systems such as Zuper, ServiceMax, Salesforce, Acumatica, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and custom properties or objects.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica experience preferred but not required).
  • Understanding of API integrations and how data flows across multiple systems.
  • Ability to map and document business processes with clarity.
  • Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
