Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with executive team, internal stakeholders, and customers to define product roadmap
Drive the productization of AI models, focusing on delivering high-quality AI products
Improve decision velocity and outline best practice product requirements
Launch new products in a unified strategy using product usage data
Understand decisions required to stay ahead of market competitors
Ensure products adhere to international standards for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
Manage multi-product portfolio by balancing resource allocation
Communicate product strategies and outcomes to CEO and Board

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in Product Management or Strategy leadership
at least 5 years managing high-performing teams and multi-product portfolios ($20M+ ARR) in healthcare SaaS industry
Deep understanding of the agile product lifecycle
Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA) and interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
strong mentorship skills
Must have ability to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that perform reliably
comfortable in Python, SQL, and API-based integrations
experience developing and deploying AI projects and/or agents to streamline business operations
