About the role
- Design visually appealing and on-brand marketing content for various channels, including social media, web, digital ads, and promotional assets.
- Work in collaboration with content writers to develop creative concepts and visual content that support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Use graphic design software and other relevant tools to create, edit, and optimize images and other visual assets.
- Translate marketing objectives and briefs into engaging and effective designs that communicate the intended message.
- Stay updated on industry design trends and technologies to recommend innovative design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining the quality and consistency of design work.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design within a marketing team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude for crafting on brand/target creative output from ambiguous or conceptual requests.
- Able to receive constructive criticism and work within client requests.
- Proven experience in marketing design with Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Figma.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think visually.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing and branding concepts.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Agency experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual design, or equivalent experience
