About the role
- Contribute to real client projects while building a portfolio-ready marketing campaign from strategy through execution.
- Campaign Strategy: Defining audience personas, Developing campaign messaging, Identifying campaign goals, Establishing success metrics and KPIs.
- Campaign Execution: Writing social media content, Drafting email campaigns, Contributing to landing page concepts, Developing short-form content ideas.
- Content Creation: Blog writing, Email marketing content, Social media captions and campaigns, Supporting marketing collateral.
- Marketing Research: Competitor analysis, Industry and consumer trend research, Content audits and performance insights.
- Marketing Performance Tracking: Learn how marketers measure success, including Website traffic and conversions, Email open and click rates, Social engagement metrics, Campaign performance data, ROI of brand.
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Curiosity about marketing, branding, and digital strategy
- Interest in content creation, storytelling, and campaign thinking
- A willingness to ask questions and learn quickly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple projects
- A strong curiosity of AI tools and Agents
- Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience with social media or content creation
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
