About the role
- Support planning and execution of mission-driven content, from short-form social media formats to films and campaigns
- Ensure all materials, assets, and resources required for content creation are prepared and available
- Facilitate communication between the production team, internal teams, and external partners
- Oversee every stage of production, including schedules, legal requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate post-production workflows to ensure deadlines and feedback rounds are managed efficiently
- Coordinate pre-production and shoots in Mo'orea and other locations
- Anticipate unexpected issues and resolve production problems in real time, both remotely and on location
- Ensure content is delivered on time and in line with the brand's standards and vision
- Organize, manage, and archive all content in our internal library to ensure future accessibility
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in production or project management
- Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of production workflows, shoot logistics, and content lifecycle
- Bilingual in English and French
