Requirements
- Demonstrable sales success – ideally in financial services, B2B capital goods or consulting
- Deep understanding of business and tax-related matters (IAB, AfA/depreciation, cash flow)
- Ability to explain complex financial topics simply, clearly and engagingly
- Strong closing skills, confident negotiator, poised – especially with C-level stakeholders
- Analytical, numbers-oriented mindset combined with a passion for sales
- Professional presence, high self-motivation & results orientation
