About the role

  • You are the expert on the Investitionsabzugsbetrag (IAB).
  • You clearly and convincingly explain to business owners how a COPPEN solar system not only reduces energy costs but also significantly lowers their tax burden.
  • You analyze the client's financial situation
  • You identify tax optimization opportunities
  • You develop a tailored investment concept that excites
  • You act as the central interface between the client, the bank and COPPEN.
  • You gather all necessary documentation
  • You prepare financing requests professionally and precisely
  • You support the process through to final approval
  • You build the COPPEN Invest team from the ground up and assume full technical and operational responsibility.
  • You define structures, processes and standards
  • You drive the strategic and professional development of the team
  • You ensure that advisory, financing and implementation operate at a scalable, top-tier level.

Requirements

  • Proven sales success – ideally in financial services, B2B capital goods or consulting
  • Deep understanding of business and tax-related matters (IAB, AfA, cash flow)
  • Ability to explain complex financial topics simply, clearly and compellingly
  • Strong closing skills, confident in negotiations and composed – especially at C-level
  • Analytical, numbers-oriented thinker with a sales mindset
  • Professional demeanor, high self-motivation and results orientation
