Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a B2B customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
  • Communication: C1/C2 English proficiency
  • Tech Savvy: You have used a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and support tools (Intercom/Zendesk)
  • Comfortable with revenue goals
  • Nearshore: You are based in LatAm or Eastern Europe and can align your schedule with EST or PST business hours.
