About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support all aspects of accounting for operational projects, including payables, receivables, monthly reporting and other ad-hoc analysis.
- Ensure accurate financial results, timely payments, and clear visibility into project‑level performance.
- Partner cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑growing environment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for operations and Portfolio Finance teams.
- Report directly to the Director, Corporate Finance working closely with asset management, energy markets, legal and finance teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years professional experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field. CPA preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
- Experience with accounting ERP such as NetSuite, a plus.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Ability to work in the Salt Lake City, UT office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
