About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, coordination and tracking of acquisition and integration activities across multiple projects
- Monitor progress against key milestones and help project teams keep delivery on track
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies, escalate concerns and recommend practical solutions
- Maintain project plans, trackers and governance documentation
- Elicit, document and analyse business requirements from stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Produce process maps, business requirements, user stories and impact assessments
- Analyse data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend and help implement process improvements
- Develop new processes, templates and ways of working
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate project progress, risks and key decisions
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies
- Support project testing, change management and business readiness activities
- Translate project outcomes into training and operational requirements
- Support acquisition and integration programmes as part of Cooper Parry’s growth strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst or project delivery role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements
- Ability to analyse information, identify themes and provide practical recommendations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience producing process maps, requirements documentation, user stories and project artefacts
- Confidence facilitating workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take ownership and get things done
- Desirable: experience supporting acquisitions, integrations or large-scale business change programmes
- Desirable: understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies
- Desirable: experience with operational, finance, technology or transformation teams
- Desirable: knowledge of change management principles
- Willingness to continuously learn, be brave, and contribute positively to the team
