About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead on valuations for EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, and other incentive schemes, ensuring businesses are tax-efficient and compliant
- Work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize equity reward structures, aligning them with business objectives
- Navigate the complexities of tax, legal, and accounting rules, ensuring seamless processes and risk mitigation
- Dive deep into schemes like SEIS, EIS & VCT – supporting our clients navigate the challenges of them as they grow
- Be the trusted equity and reward specialist, advising businesses and entrepreneurs on the best tax-efficient strategies
- Work across Tax, Corporate Finance, and Legal teams, refining methodologies and helping businesses attract and retain top talent
Requirements
