About the role
- The position is based at the Agency for Third-Party Works (Agence Travaux Tiers - A2T) in Sartrouville
- Respond to Prior Work Declarations (Déclarations Préliminaires de Travaux - DT) and Urgent Work Notices (Avis de Travaux Urgents - ATU)
- Verify the completeness of declarations
- Use mapping software to locate planned work sites
- Identify sensitive sites that require specific monitoring in the field
- Provide telephone and email on-call support to respond to third-party requests
- Handle legal correspondence and technical instructions according to predefined activity templates
Requirements
- Holder of a CAP/BEP to BAC level diploma in a technical field (maintenance, thermal systems, sanitary installation, etc.)
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Junior profiles accepted
- Adaptability and responsiveness
- Ability to work independently with attention to quality
- Rigor and technical analytical skills (ability to read an operational diagram)
- Good verbal communication and phone manner, as well as written skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Teamworking skills
- Respect for rules, procedures and safety instructions
