About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides support for the recruiting process (e.g., scheduling interviews, sending background checks)
  • Provides customer service and support for both internal and external customers
  • Coordinates the new hire orientation process
  • Maintains personnel files for all employees
  • Provides support on auditing, reviewing, and processing paperwork
  • Generates, compiles, and distributes reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years clerical experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • English (reading, writing, verbal) skills
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
