Administrative Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides support for the recruiting process (e.g., scheduling interviews, sending background checks)
- Provides customer service and support for both internal and external customers
- Coordinates the new hire orientation process
- Maintains personnel files for all employees
- Provides support on auditing, reviewing, and processing paperwork
- Generates, compiles, and distributes reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years clerical experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS systems
- English (reading, writing, verbal) skills
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
