About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help design and build production-grade AI systems with real end-to-end ownership of the architecture, the code, and the outcomes.
- Assignments typically 6–24 months, expected to ramp up quickly and deliver value from day one.
- Work across the broader tech stack; backend services, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and integrations - to ship complete, scalable solutions.
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications in cloud environments, contribute to architecture and evaluation frameworks.
- Play an active role in a high-trust, high-performing team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful hands-on work in AI/ML engineering
- Proven experience building agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based applications in production
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases, and AI evaluation techniques
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python and/or other relevant languages such as TypeScript, Java, or Scala
- A cloud-native background using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS / GCP / Azure and Terraform - or such
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Based in Sweden: You must have Swedish citizenship, a valid work visa, temporary or permanent residency
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
