About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain tools and editor features used across the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and pipelines
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase productivity and quality
- Work closely with engine and gameplay teams when tools require deeper integration
- Debug, optimize, and support tools in an active production environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in the video games industry in a technical role
- Strong experience with C# and/or C++
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Lua, or JavaScript
- Proven experience building tools that improve workflows and user experience
- Familiarity with game engines and editor concepts
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- High standards for quality, usability, and maintainability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
