Develop and maintain tools and editor features used across the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and pipelines
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase productivity and quality
Work closely with engine and gameplay teams when tools require deeper integration
Debug, optimize, and support tools in an active production environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in the video games industry in a technical role
Strong experience with C# and/or C++
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Lua, or JavaScript
Proven experience building tools that improve workflows and user experience
Familiarity with game engines and editor concepts
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
High standards for quality, usability, and maintainability
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
