About the role
- Help build and scale new and existing products with real end-to-end ownership of the service, the code, and the outcomes.
- Assignments are typically 6–24 months, and as a consultant you’re expected to ramp up quickly and deliver value from day one.
- While your home base is backend Java, you’ll sometimes work across the full tech stack (e.g., frontend, integrations, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, data flows) to ship complete solutions.
- Design and build scalable, robust applications in cloud environments, contribute to architecture and testing/automation, and play an active role in a high-trust, high-performing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building backends with Java
- A cloud native background using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS / GCP / Azure and Terraform.
- Experience from additional languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Scala, Kotlin etc. is also appreciated.
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Based in Sweden: You must have Swedish citizenship, a valid work visa, temporary or permanent residency.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
