About the role
- Manage the company’s financial operations, performing accounts receivable and accounts payable routines, ensuring organization and control of financial transactions.
- Execute client billing, including issuing invoices and boletos, and monitor the receivables portfolio, including delinquency management.
- Perform financial reconciliations between internal systems, bank statements, credit card statements and payment gateways.
- Configure and maintain internal systems such as ERP, billing systems and other financial management tools.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow projections, comparing budgeted amounts to actuals.
- Monitor working capital indicators, such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), DPO (Days Payable Outstanding), cost of working capital and other liquidity metrics.
- Manage supplier payments, including due-date control and vendor negotiations.
- Control reimbursements and corporate expenses, ensuring adherence to internal policies.
- Monitor gross indebtedness, tracking contracts and payment schedules.
- Calculate and validate sales commissions.
- Support financial and accounting close processes, organizing information, documentation and internal controls to provide audit support.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of financial processes, seeking efficiency with an emphasis on operational scalability.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Organized, analytical, curious and proactive profile.
- Familiarity with financial and SaaS metrics is a plus.
- Experience working with a holding company, shared services center (SSC) or at an international company is a plus.
- Experience with automation of financial and administrative processes is a plus.
- Experience handling a high volume of customers is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Economics or Engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of managerial accounting is a plus.
