Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the U.S. program delivery lead on one of the largest global accounts
Partner with a Sweden-based program lead and Chicago-based account team
Ensure program operates smoothly and effectively, connected to multiple workstreams
Oversee program financials, tracking actuals and monitoring burn against forecast
Engage with senior client stakeholders and help drive resolutions for complex challenges
Shape how partnership operates day to day, establishing decision-making and communication patterns

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs at $20M+ scope
Financial fluency and ownership of program P&L
Strong command of mobile application delivery
Ability to zoom out and zoom in in various situations
Proven track record of building trust with senior stakeholders
Experience designing ways of working across geographies and time zones
Familiarity with AI and modern tooling for improving delivery operations
Ability to establish and evolve communication rhythms and operating structures
