About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Phone follow-up of leads already contacted by email
- Phone follow-up of inbound leads
- Phone follow-up of our existing contacts
- Cold calling potential new customers
- Planning and the preparation and follow-up of appointments (by email & phone)
- Maintaining and managing our CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive sales experience (including cold calling) is essential
- Sales experience in a marketing agency is a plus
- You are comfortable leaving your comfort zone and are self-confident
- You are motivated by hitting targets, increasing commissions, and driving results
- You should be strong in communication, quick-witted, and articulate
- You are ambitious, willing to learn, and goal-oriented
- You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
- You work reliably and respond quickly to inquiries
- You have excellent written and spoken German
