Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies (CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, IRR, NPV and payback)
Structure industrial projects for eligibility under INVEST-ES
Collect, analyze and model operational, financial and tax data
Develop and file technical-economic project documentation with the competent authorities (SEDES, SEFAZ and BANDES)
Monitor processes, respond to requests and liaise with public agencies
Monitor obligations and ensure compliance of incentives after approval
Support the structuring of financing (BANDES/BNDES) integrated with tax incentives
