About the role

  • Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies (CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, IRR, NPV and payback)
  • Structure industrial projects for eligibility under INVEST-ES
  • Collect, analyze and model operational, financial and tax data
  • Develop and file technical-economic project documentation with the competent authorities (SEDES, SEFAZ and BANDES)
  • Monitor processes, respond to requests and liaise with public agencies
  • Monitor obligations and ensure compliance of incentives after approval
  • Support the structuring of financing (BANDES/BNDES) integrated with tax incentives
