About the role
- Generate and follow up on leads of potential clients within the manufacturing and production sectors.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical staffing needs and present our staffing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead your own team of recruiters to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the staffing or technical industry.
- Strong understanding of the technical roles within manufacturing and production environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate client needs.
