About the role

  • Generate and follow up on leads of potential clients within the manufacturing and production sectors.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical staffing needs and present our staffing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead your own team of recruiters to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the staffing or technical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the technical roles within manufacturing and production environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate client needs.
