About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop Python-based components to automate vehicle-claims workflows
Ensure clean architecture, high code quality, data reliability and maintainability across the system
Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and agentic AI technologies into scalable solutions
Collaborate closely with data scientists and partners focused on OEM data and workshop process optimization
Develop robust APIs and interfaces to connect the agentic AI product with customer services as well as traditional products
Support productization, deployment, and scaling of the final solution
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless feature integration and joint problem-solving

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of Python backend experience with Clean Architecture, scalable APIs, and hands-on integration of LLMs and agentic AI systems
Practical experience integrating LLMs and agentic AI, including prompt engineering and automation; strong skills with Docker, CI/CD, databases, cloud technologies, and collaborative workflows
Highly motivated, team-oriented, and structured working style following Clean Code and agile principles, with a strong openness to new technologies and AI-driven workflows
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Initial exposure to TDD, design patterns, SOLID principles, CI/CD pipelines, distributed version control, open-source contributions, and basic knowledge of ML models or AI APIs
