About the role

  • Design and develop Python-based components for automating vehicle claims workflows
  • Ensure clean architecture, code quality, data reliability and maintainability across the system
  • Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and agentic AI technologies into scalable solutions
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and partners focused on OEM data and workshop process optimization
  • Develop robust APIs and interfaces connecting the agentic AI product with customer services and traditional products
  • Support productization, deployment, and scaling of the final solution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless feature integration and joint problem-solving

Requirements

  • Several years of Python backend experience with clean architecture, scalable APIs, and hands-on integration of LLMs and agentic AI systems
  • Practical experience integrating LLMs and agentic AI, including prompt engineering and automation, plus strong skills in Docker, CI/CD, databases, cloud technologies, and collaboration tools
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and structured working style based on Clean Code and agile principles, with a strong openness to new technologies and AI-driven workflows
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Initial exposure to TDD, design patterns, SOLID principles, CI/CD, distributed version control, open-source contributions, and basic knowledge of ML models or AI APIs
