About the role
- Lead multiple product teams within a product stream
- Assume responsibility for several Product Owners within your product stream
- Manage the entire product lifecycle – from product vision and roadmap to go-to-market
- Build close relationships with our customers
- Develop innovative, AI-based solutions together with other product teams
- Use data, KPIs and user behavior to continuously optimize the product strategy
- Act as an intrapreneur with full ownership for the product stream
Requirements
- Degree in Business, (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment, ideally with leadership experience
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- High execution capability and experience working with complex, scalable product landscapes
- Strong ownership mentality and data-driven decision making
- Entrepreneurial, inspiring lead with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Nice-to-have: Experience in the Tech, AI or Insurance industry
