About the role
- Take responsibility for quality assurance of the delivery team throughout the entire software lifecycle
- Actively define acceptance criteria and serve as a competent sparring partner for product management and development
- Design, create and implement targeted test scenarios for functional and integration tests
- Analyze, reproduce and document software defects to enable fast and efficient resolution
- Continuously expand and optimize test automation within the CI/CD process to increase quality and speed
- Expertly support customer acceptance tests to ensure transparent and sustainable quality
- Apply a targeted mix of automated and manual tests to ensure the highest quality standards
Requirements
- Completed education in the IT field, ideally a degree in Computer Science
- At least three years of professional experience in test automation
- Agile mindset and strong methodological knowledge of Test-First approaches (TDD), BDD, ATDD
- Confident handling of test tools and frameworks such as SpecFlow / RegnRoll, XRay, Selenium and JMeter
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- ISTQB® or CAT® certification (nice to have)
