• Generate high-quality and timely reports focused on political risk developments in Southern African countries.
• Provide research-driven insights and assessments of relevant trends affecting the business environment in these regions.
• Collaborate with team members to produce comprehensive analysis that meets client requirements and improves understanding of regional dynamics.
• Conduct research for bespoke projects, providing tailored insights for clients operating in global markets.

Political Risk Analyst – Southern Africa

• Supporting a multinational organisation with its day‑to‑day travel risk advisory requirements.
• Delivering consistent, high-quality pre‑travel risk assessments and traveller guidance.
• Supporting employees travelling to higher-risk and complex destinations, primarily across the EMEA region, including Pakistan, central Asia and the Caucasus.
• Operating within an established security framework, supporting a high volume of travel requests and acting as a dependable extension of the regional security function.

• A high-profile, central FP&A leadership role responsible for driving group-wide financial planning, reporting, and insight, supporting Executive and Board decision-making. The role leads standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement of financial processes across the organisation.

Threat Intelligence Specialist

• Control Risks is looking to hire a Security Intelligence Analyst to support a premier client of ours.
• The Security Intelligence Analyst will be a key member of the Global Security Intelligence team as they collect, curate, and disseminate current and forecasted risk intelligence in a timely manner to partners and stakeholders.
• This position will also work to edit and compile written analysis by the Junior Analysts.
• Monitor and analyze geopolitical and global events identify and assess threats to the client’s specific global operations, assets, and personnel.
• Provide major event safety and security assessments, forecasts, and vulnerability reports.
• Oversee production of analysis by the Junior Analysts on the team.
• Conduct site and travel vulnerability assessments to ensure the safety of the client’s employees and locations.
• Support location-specific intelligence, including active and archived alerts; city and country intelligence; and interactive maps.
• Drafting comprehensive, well-researched, and articulate analysis products providing tailored research for client-specific needs.
• Define priorities for in-depth analysis of selected locations relevant to the client’s global interests.

Security Intelligence Analyst

Product Manager

• Reporting to the Head of Product and working in close collaboration with them on strategy and direction, you will act as the primary product owner for areas of our platform.
• You will own discovery, delivery, and the day-to-day rhythm of shipping, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and design.
• The scope is real, the team is supportive, and your work will shape how thousands of compliance and risk professionals do theirs.
• Run structured customer interviews with compliance officers, due diligence researchers, and risk teams to understand what works, what does not, and what should exist next.
• Translate findings into clear opportunities, tested assumptions, and well-framed problems for the team to work on.
• Bring evidence rather than opinion to roadmap and prioritisation discussions.
• Own the product backlog: write user stories with acceptance criteria that engineers can build from.
• Run sprint planning, refinement, and review for your product area, in close collaboration with engineering and design.
• Ship release notes, and internal change communications that keep commercial, support, and operations in the loop.
• Work on workflow heavy features for specialist users (compliance researchers, analysts, reviewers), where the product earns its place by removing friction from real work.
• Specify API integrations between our platform and third-party systems, with clear contracts and a sharp eye for edge cases.
• Balance speed with the reliability and auditability demands of a regulated domain.
• Work on features where AI is in the loop: knowledge graph queries, document analysis, vendor screening, risk evaluation.
• Use AI tools actively in your own workflow: research synthesis, story drafting, competitive analysis, data shaping.
• Be willing to get your hands dirty with AI tools across the whole product workflow: prototyping flows, mocking up designs, even shipping rough features for internal testing. We want someone who treats their own way of working as a product to optimise.

• - Technical Design and Implementation: Act as a liaison to company's sites and offices in the areas of technical design and implementation of security systems, including commissioning of said systems.
• - Standards Development: Develop standards and guidelines for physical security and security systems for sites.
• - Corrective Actions: Advise on corrective actions to upgrade technical posture of sites through coordination with Facility Security Leads/Security Manager (where one is assigned).
• - Vulnerability Assessments: Conduct technical security vulnerability assessments and coordinate recommendations and implementations of corrective security measures as directed.
