Project Manager

• The Project Operations function works in collaboration with finance and project managers providing first class operational support along with enterprising solutions in respect of the lifecycle of our external client consultancy projects; in particular, ensuring the swift and accurate administration of project data and client invoices and the appropriate use of systems and processes.
• This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in administrative excellence and are eager to contribute to the success of projects in a global consultancy setting, work that is critical to client satisfaction and timely revenue collection.
• __**Tasks and responsibilities**__
• Primary Responsibilities
• - Conduct all operational activities associated to project lifecycle, including project set-up, work in progress and invoicing
• - Take ownership of project administration and act as the main point of contact for project managers and finance stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a commitment to excellence.
• - Track WIP and escalate or resolve aging items through collaboration with PMs and finance stakeholders.
• - Identify and act to resolve issues with and exceptions to, standard processes or procedures, systems errors and data issues.
• - Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to:
• - facilitate efficient project data exchange
• - Actively participate in stakeholder meetings providing accurate project status updates.
• - Ensure client on-boarding procedures are followed to enable ease of transaction with the client.
• - Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing by managing the end-to-end billing process, from proforma preparation through to final invoice delivery, while maintaining compliance with financial and client requirements.
• - Submit clients’ invoices on online portals eg Ariba, Coupa etc when needed.
• - Actively contribute to discussions to find improved and efficient ways of working.

• - Co-relate GST invoice & D365 invoice & share GST invoice with client with QR codes & DSC signing, GST/WHT related client query management (India legal requirement)
• - SEZ (Fidelity) documentation management & reconciliation of endorsed invoices. (India requirement)
• - Bank payment document management, certifications (online on tax portal & offline with consultants), other banking documentation fulfilment and maintenance (India compliance requirement)
• - Reconcile WHT deducted by clients between data on Government portal, certificates & D365 data when they make payment to Control Risks (India compliance requirement)
• - Provide ad-hoc support for project related tasks, forecasting, budgeting, government surveys as needed Invoicing on Government GST portal, QR code, DSC signing – (India legal requirement)

Project Coordinator

Marketing

• Lead the development and execution of compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns that target key buyer personas and support the full funnel, from awareness to lead generation and on-going engagement.
• Deliver sales enablement tools/collateral/content (via timely briefs to our in-house Brand team) to support sales/account management teams.
• Plan and execute events (in-person and online) that enhance the client experience and support campaign objectives alongside ensuring event debrief meetings and reporting takes place.
• Craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging on complex topics that resonate with commercial decision-makers.
• Generate content ideas aligned to global programme priorities, tailored for regional impact.
• Manage external partnership and supplier relationships e.g. conference organisers and membership organisations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and commercial leads to shape and deliver impactful campaigns.
• Manage campaign/event deliverables, timelines and budget associated with the region.
• Track campaigns in CRM ensuring stakeholders adhere to marketing campaign processes.
• Measure and analyse marketing campaign and event performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics at the end of each campaign.
• Optimise future marketing campaigns and events based on insights.
• Contribute to initiatives that build brand credibility such as award submissions, rankings, and recognitions.
• Assist in the management of the marketing budget and processing of invoices related to marketing activity.
• Document and present campaign delivery and performance to key stakeholders.

Marketing Manager

Consultant

• Supporting the delivery of projects (such as conducting asset identification exercises, developing cyber security technical solutions, enhancing client cyber resilience capabilities and carrying out cyber risk assessments).
• Working with key project stakeholders (e.g. gathering information from interviews, document reviews and presenting findings) while maintaining the confidence of the team and client through clear communication and good project management.
• Provide flexible and responsive support as and when crisis management support is required and can be provided.
• Support the development of proposals for future client work.
• Support with project scoping and planning, to support pricing.
• Contributing to and building complex, multi-service line proposals.

Associate Consultant, Cyber Advisory

Data Scientist

• To lead the development and implementation of AI-based solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency within Control Risks.
• The Applied AI Scientist will work within the broader Data Engineering team and focus on the use of advanced AI and machine learning techniques to build, analyze, and deploy scalable, enterprise-wide AI solutions

Applied Data Scientist

Director

• Delivering projects (e.g., conducting asset identification exercises, cyber risk assessments against ISO and NIST CSF 2.0 standards, and demonstrating cyber audit expertise).
• Managing different types of client meetings and maintaining positive and respectful client relationships.
• Line management and upskilling of junior resources within the Digital Risks, Protect team.
• Strategic delivery acting as virtual-CISO for our clients on an ongoing basis.
• Project management of multiple cyber risk advisory engagements (e.g. running kick-off meetings, refining outputs, developing recommendations).

Associate Director – Cyber Advisory

Product Designer

• Digital Technology Solutions designs and builds innovative and intuitive digital products to satisfy the complex requirements of our clients.
• The UX Design Intern will lead by example to set a high bar for design, helping UX Product Designers to drive innovation and inspire others to continually improve the design system and the overall customer digital experience across all areas of our business.
• Support the creation and refinement of UI components, patterns, and guidelines within the design system.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure components are usable, accessible, and consistent across products.
• Contribute to design system documentation (usage guidelines, states, best practices).
• Test and review component usability in real product contexts.
• Explore and propose improvements to enhance scalability, accessibility and efficiency.
• Audit and clean up design tokens (colours, spacing, typography) to ensure consistency across the system.

• Our third-party due diligence (VANTAGE) team assess our clients’ current, former or potential counterparties, looking for any issues that might pose a reputational or business risk to them, wherever they may be in the world. The work is compliance-focused and volume-driven.
• The Associate Research Manager is responsible for the quality of VANTAGE work. S/he will oversee and guide Researchers to ensure they produce clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports which help our clients protect their integrity and reputation.
• *S/*he will also support the Research Manager in training researchers and managing projects, leveraging internal and external resources in order to complete VANTAGE projects in a timely and effective manner.

Compliance
