About the role

  • Control Risks is seeking an experienced Security Coordinator for a major fintech client.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees or contractors in Colombia, as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Use software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, databases) to manage information and generate reports.
  • Perform other administrative and security-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Physical Security, with basic knowledge of Executive Protection and Crisis Management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (fluency required).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Slack, and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing responsibilities.
  • Preferred, but not required: Experience working in a multinational company.
  • Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with security protocols, systems, and procedures.
