We are looking to start with one mid-to-senior full-stack engineer, with the potential to grow the team over time if the engagement is successful.
Ideal candidate is backend-leaning but comfortable playing the full stack.
Has the potential to grow into a team lead role managing additional offshore hires down the road.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years for mid-level, 5+ for senior
Strong backend skills required; frontend a plus
Must be autonomous — able to take a design spec, understand the codebase, and deliver without constant hand-holding
Must understand performance implications, not just feature delivery (e.g. working with large analytical datasets, query optimization)
Remote work discipline essential
Solid English communication required
PST time zone alignment preferred
