About the role

  • Planning, operation and further development of network and firewall infrastructures
  • Administration of Linux systems or Microsoft Azure, Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Support in 2nd-level support and handling technical inquiries
  • Performing fault analyses and performance optimizations
  • Participation in IT security projects and audits
  • Participation in on-call duties to ensure operational continuity

Requirements

  • Completed IT training, degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in network administration and firewall management
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, PowerShell or Linux and associated server infrastructures
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills
