About the role

Design and implement robust APIs and backend services using Python and Go to power our AI agent platform
Design and optimize how data is stored to handle growing user base
Work with ML engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, writing code that connects models to user experiences
Build responsive, intuitive React applications using Tailwind CSS
Partner with CEO, product manager, and designer to translate requirements into technical solutions and make UX decisions when moving fast
Ensure applications can handle rapid user growth while maintaining performance and reliability

5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
Solid experience with SQL and database design, preferably with Postgres experience
Experience building modern web apps with React and CSS frameworks like Tailwind
Strong product intuition and design fundamentals
Proven ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
(Nice-to-haves) Experience integrating machine learning models into production applications
(Nice-to-haves) Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and infrastructure tools like Terraform
(Nice-to-haves) Background in AI/ML or natural language processing
(Nice-to-haves) Experience building real-time or conversational applications
