About the role

  • Provide technical expertise and perspective to the sales representative(s) to help identify customer objectives and evaluate readiness and product fit throughout the sales process.
  • Lead platform demonstrations to Senior Executives from potential customer companies to support the sales team.
  • Help the customer and Context Labs’ delivery teams to define technical and scoping requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to evaluate emissions quantification methodologies.
  • Assist the Context Labs’ and the customer’s data science teams to contextualize and transform the data.
  • Work closely with the product management teams to provide feedback from customers to guide the product roadmap.
  • Manage the creation of new or distribution of existing technical documentation.
  • Provide highly responsive customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of oil & gas industry operations experience
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical people
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Significant experience in oil & gas operating facilities (upstream, midstream, or downstream)
  • Proven ability to take initiative and produce results
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations involving complex data integration and migration efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (process/process safety, facilities/operations, mechanical, environmental, or similar related field) - preferred
