- A keen sense for tone and brand voice — you hit the right note for different clients without becoming generic
- Experience with multi-channel content — LinkedIn, newsletters, landing pages, long-form content
- Strong research skills and intellectual fearlessness — you quickly get up to speed in new industries and write about complex B2B topics
- A startup mindset — you manage multiple clients at once, switch quickly between projects, and maintain quality
- Confident use of AI tools for drafting, editing, and polishing — without losing the human touch
- Willingness to take ownership and find solutions independently
- Insatiable curiosity — you want to understand how things work
