About the role
- Define user experience objectives and design principles.
- Assist in mapping navigation paths throughout an experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of content, features, and relationships within the system.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective).
- Assist in producing prioritized interactive artifacts during sprints.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Style Guide and Design System standards.
Requirements
- Design & Prototyping Tools: Knowledge of Figma (even basic or student-level).
- Basic UI Design: Understanding of visual hierarchy, color, typography, and grids.
- Basic UX Design: Familiarity with user flows, wireframes, and user journeys.
- Research Principles: Curiosity and familiarity with user research methods such as interviews and usability testing.
- Synthesis Ability: Skill in turning research learnings into actionable insights.
- Clear Communication: Able to articulate ideas, ask the right questions during validations, and present improvement proposals.
- Critical & Analytical Thinking: Ability to review a prototype or client feedback and identify the real problem to be solved.
- Organization: Able to manage different prototype versions, schedule tests, and document results.
