About the role
- Control the end-to-end delivery cadence using Agile methodology;
- Guide the team in decision-making;
- Maintain constant contact with stakeholders;
- Manage the product roadmap, maintaining and prioritizing the backlog according to company strategy;
- Conduct benchmarking;
- Write User Stories and documentation;
- Seek and secure the necessary resources for task execution;
- Approve or reject the results presented;
- Actively participate in the development and evolution of products, from conception to delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; postgraduate studies in progress will be a plus.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and engage the team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment;
- Good communication: Ability to convey information clearly and efficiently, facilitating alignment between stakeholders and technical teams;
- Organizational skills: Focus on structuring tasks and priorities, ensuring project delivery with quality and on time;
- Proactivity: Ability to identify and resolve issues before they become larger challenges, contributing to the continuous improvement of the product and processes;
- Detail-oriented: Attention to detail to ensure excellence in task execution and quality of deliverables;
