About the role

  • Test changes according to the development process;
  • Plan tests and create test plans with a focus on reusability;
  • Record non-conformities for issues found;
  • Create test scenarios and test cases; develop and implement test procedures (scripts) and test runbooks;
  • Design and execute unit, integration, system, acceptance and regression tests, among others;
  • Track and follow up on fixes;
  • Understand the importance of security and identify potential vulnerabilities;
  • Communicate daily with the team about progress, flagging any impediments;

Requirements

  • Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Ubuntu);
  • Intermediate knowledge of manual testing for APIs, Web and Mobile apps;
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (SQL, JavaScript, PHP, React);
  • Basic understanding of programming logic;
  • Ability to share information and activities with others to achieve common objectives and organizational goals;
  • Ability to organize and systematize one’s own work, identifying methods that ensure process continuity and taking care of instruments, documents, tools and information;
  • Proactive in seeking solutions, not postponing tasks or delivering only partial work;
  • Empathize with the "client" to meet their needs and provide an outstanding service experience;
  • Maintain confidentiality, honesty, prudence and competence;
  • Deliver work with a focus on excellence.
