About the role
- Gather, specify, and help manage requirements for product evolution, assessing impacts and ensuring the effectiveness of proposed solutions with a solution-oriented approach to complex problems.
- Make adjustments and corrections to mappings related to your area of responsibility, monitor product changes, assess impacts, and prioritize deliveries according to business needs.
- Contribute to product definitions, supporting the Product Specialist with inputs and information, acting as a facilitator between the development, QA, and requesting teams. Ensure a shared understanding of the problem among all stakeholders and carry out the necessary interfaces to enable deliveries.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and propose solutions, using metrics and KPIs to support decisions.
- Support product discovery efforts by gathering data on market fit and user responses to ideas, reducing uncertainty and ensuring effective planning for rollout.
- Act proactively and decisively to ensure that challenges are quickly addressed and resolved, with a strong focus on delivering value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Big Data, or related fields).
- Experience eliciting and specifying requirements for software development.
- Deep knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Proven experience breaking down epics into user stories.
- General knowledge of databases and data structures.
- Relevant knowledge of financial processes.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and tax processes.
- General familiarity with business process mapping tools.
- Experience or familiarity with banking, card processes, and financial integrations.
- Strong ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions to ensure execution with speed and quality.
