About the role

  • Central point of contact and advisor for international clients in the area of payroll
  • Independently prepare monthly payroll and salary statements
  • Proactively advise international clients on regulations in Germany
  • Communicate with German authorities and independently coordinate audits

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industry or at least 3 years in a tax firm
  • Solid knowledge of the German social security system
  • Strong willingness to learn and commitment to continuous professional development
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • High level of initiative and reliability
  • Experience as a payroll specialist
  • Good English skills (advantageous but not mandatory)
