About the role
- Central point of contact and advisor for international clients in the area of payroll
- Independently prepare monthly payroll and salary statements
- Proactively advise international clients on regulations in Germany
- Communicate with German authorities and independently coordinate audits
- Independently handle all payroll-related matters, payroll tax and social security
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industry or at least 3 years in a tax firm
- Solid knowledge of the German social security system
- Strong willingness to learn and commitment to continuous professional development
- Excellent teamwork skills
- High level of initiative and reliability
- Experience as a payroll specialist
- Good English skills (advantageous but not mandatory)
