About the role

  • As a Microsoft 365 Consultant you advise our clients on the adoption and use of the Microsoft Cloud portfolio.
  • Your focus is primarily on compliance and security topics.
  • Key topics include Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Endpoint Management, Microsoft Purview, and cloud security (Microsoft Defender suite).
  • You build configuration frameworks for the aforementioned products and implement them at client sites.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that maintenance and upkeep of the system are secured after deployment of your solution.
  • As our expert you ensure the long-term development of security solutions and provide ongoing advisory to the client.
  • You support us in the area of incident response (24/7).

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience supporting customers in the Microsoft 365 area.
  • You already have solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • You have experience with Microsoft 365 Defender and Purview solutions.
  • You have strong skills in Microsoft Intune and broad expertise across Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • You have pronounced knowledge in the identity area (Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra ID Identity Protection).
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, are reliable, and enjoy working independently.
  • You are able to present complex topics in an understandable manner.
  • You have a permanent residence in Germany (required).
  • Your German language skills are at the C level and your English skills are at B2 level.
