About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the development of property launches, ensuring alignment between Legalization, Technical Management (GETEC), Real Estate Legal and other involved areas through regular meetings and schedule monitoring, ensuring planned milestones are met;
Monitor the contracting process and release of financing with Caixa Econômica Federal for the start of construction, tracking deadlines, outstanding issues and deliverables to ensure synchronization of activities and project progress according to the established timeline;
Collaborate with market intelligence, technical budgeting and financial planning teams to prepare launch books for internal committees;
Coordinate committee agendas;
Collect and consolidate, in an organized manner, all information for each development using folders, spreadsheets and data sheets containing inputs from all areas, serving as a knowledge reference and product owner;
Track launch schedules and manage Caixa Econômica Federal contracting controls to ensure launches and feasibility of fund disbursement;
Research competitors' market trends (product, locations, permits, etc.);
Consolidate management information for the Business Directorate;
Prepare and update dashboards to monitor Business Development and prospecting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project and Power BI;
Desired: Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, construction delivery, financing contracting with Caixa Econômica Federal, project legalization and urban planning legislation (Master Plan, Land Use and Occupation Law, Building Code and environmental legislation), and incorporation law.
