About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize the process for creating and maintaining commission rules for Tenda’s partner Sales Companies.
Analyze, create, and release Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and payment orders for commission payments, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
Monitor the approval flow and release of PRs and payment orders, providing support to Sales teams and partner areas.
Develop and analyze management reports to monitor the effectiveness of the commission release and payment process.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate commission processes, promoting greater operational efficiency.
Work collaboratively with partner areas such as CAP, Tax, Finance, and Technology to ensure the smooth operation and governance of the commission payment process.
Perform analyses and handle inconsistencies related to the commission process, proposing solutions and following up on their resolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education in progress or completed.
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Power BI (preferred).
Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred).
