About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Negotiate services and construction materials to secure the best proposals in accordance with established parameters;
Prospect new suppliers of services and materials, ensuring compliance with company policy;
Adjust purchase orders according to requests from the requesting construction sites, keeping orders aligned with updated prices;
Provide commercial support to construction sites in case of issues with contracted suppliers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree;
Experience in procurement/purchasing for the construction industry;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for report preparation and data control;
Availability to visit construction sites;
Knowledge of the SAP system will be considered a differential.
