About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the contracting processes for real estate financing for legal entities (corporate), ensuring compliance with deadlines and financial institution requirements;
- Prepare, organize and validate the technical documentation required for contracting, such as the Project Summary Form (FRE), descriptive specification (memorial descritivo) and standardized documents required by Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF);
- Submit, register and follow up on processes with financial institutions, primarily Caixa Econômica Federal;
- Monitor the status of analyses, resolve outstanding issues and liaise with internal departments to collect necessary information;
- Support the review and analysis of plans, budgets and schedules, ensuring consistency of the information submitted;
- Control and organize the flow of documents and processes, ensuring traceability and compliance;
- Work collaboratively with areas such as Engineering, Projects and Credit to ensure smooth progression of contracting stages;
- Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and operational quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher education (preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related fields);
- Previous experience with real estate lending, focused on contracting financing for legal entities (corporate loans);
- Experience with plano associativo processes, production support and repasse na planta (transfer during construction);
- Knowledge in preparing and analyzing technical documentation for corporate real estate financing;
- Experience with Caixa Econômica Federal’s SIOPI banking system;
- Ability to read and analyze technical plans/projects;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Availability to work on a temporary contract (6 months).
